Proposed Work: Ratification of unapproved exterior work at storefront
Proposed Work: Install fence along parking lot side on Sutherland Road, in front of property on Strathmore Road and on south side of 70 Strathmore Road facing parking lot.
Proposed Work: Restoration of existing structure and an addition of a penthouse.
APP # 22.1070AB 130 SUTHERLAND ROAD: Masonry windowsills and headers painted to match existing color with masonry paint. Window trim painted to match existing.
APP # 22.1269 AB 137 CHISWICK ROAD: Masonry restoration of Front Wall Power wash entire wall with restoration cleaner; cut and point 100% of masonry joins, approx. 3,600 sf; cut joints to uniform thickness of 3/4" and point with type N mortar. Repair cracked bricks and replace spalled bricks where needed. Check all precast concrete details on the wall and restore where needed. Apply two coats of water repellent to entire wall.
