    Motion to amend Host Community Agreements (“HCA”) in accordance with Chapter 180 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Equity in the Cannabis Industry (the “Act”) which was signed into law on August 11, 2022. The Act amends G.L. c. 94G, which governs the sale of cannabis in the state. These amendments include changes to the process by which a municipality may collect “Community Impact Fees” under the HCA that cannabis businesses must enter into with host municipalities.
