Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District

The Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission will hold its monthly public hearing on Thursday January 12, 2023, at 4 p.m.

ATTENTION: This hearing will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in this hearing by going to our online meeting or calling 929-436-2866 and entering meeting id # 936 5228 2468. You can also submit written comments or questions to aberdeenacdc@boston.gov.

    APP # 23.0492 AB 24 SIDLAW ROAD: Rebuild the brick parapet wall to match the original in design and dimensions.  Salvage existing bricks and salvage ornaments, Inspect Front Facade and re-point as necessary, mortar to match in kind, 6 parts sand, 1-2 parts lime, 1-2 parts portland cement, Repair and patch porticos with a fast setting repair mortar.  All patch repairs to match existing conditions.
