Entertainment - Public Comment Period

The Entertainment Division will hold a public comment period for the following items:

Discussion Topics

  1. CMG CP1, LLC d/b/a Caveau

    Located at: 1-2 Center Plaza, Boston, MA 02108

    Manager of Record: Joseph Kevin O’Connor

    To maintain and operate live entertainment categories consisting of disc jockey, dancing by patrons, instrumental and vocal music up to five (5) performers each, and exhibition/trade show  until 2:00 a.m. for seven (7) days a week.

    MOCAL will accept written comments regarding this application until Friday, April 14, 2023.

  2. Live Nation - Fenway Park Concerts



    Located: 128 Brighton Ave., Boston, MA 02134

    Manager of Record: Susan Cheng



    To maintain and operate live entertainment categories consisting of instrumental and vocal music with a maximum of twelve (12) shows in 2023 on the following dates* between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.:
