City Council Committee on the Community Preservation Act Meeting

The Committee will hold a meeting to hold interviews of finalists for appointment to the Community Preservation Committee. The Chair of the Committee is Councilor Michael Flaherty.

    The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to hold interviews of finalists for appointment to the Community Preservation Committee. 

    After the end of the last interview, the Committee will enter into executive session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, c.30A, §21(a)8 in order to deliberate and determine the list of four candidates to present to the Boston City Council for approval. 

    NOTICE: The Boston City Council may have a quorum in attendance due to standing committees of the City Council consisting of both voting and non-voting members.  However, members attending this duly posted meeting are participating and deliberating only in conjunction with the business of the standing committee. There will be no public comment period.
