Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission

The Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission will hold its monthly hearing on Thursday August 10, 2023, at 4 p.m.

ATTENTION: This hearing will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in this hearing by going to our Zoom meeting or calling 1-929-205-6099 and entering meeting id # 98970171504. You can also submit written comments or questions to AberdeenACDC@boston.gov.

    APP # 23.1197 AB 1867 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE: Demolish and rebuild first floor rear deck to the existing footprint. No changes in size shape or dimension.

    APP # 24.0063 AB 5 SOUTH STREET: Work to be done on front and side elevation (Kirkwood Rd). Cut and point various areas using mortar to match existing as close as possible. Replace deteriorated lintels and sill with cast stone to match. Cut cracks in sill and repair as needed to match.  As in the previous approved phase all work to match existing as close as possible.
