Boston Cannabis Board Public Meeting

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB'') will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 1 p.m. This will be both an administrative and voting hearing.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. The BCB will accept testimony regarding each agenda item. Testimony will be limited to two (2) minutes and any additional testimony may be submitted in writing to cannabisboard@boston.gov. If you wish to testify please sign up. 

This hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, further extending modifications to the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20).

    License Type: Recreational Retail Cannabis Dispensary

    License Request: Change of Ownership interest. The Licensee is seeking approval to add investors to acquire various percentages of ownership of The Heritage Club, LLC. The Licensee will remain majority owner.  

     

  2. Old and New Business

    HVV Massachusetts, Inc. d/b/a Happy Valley, 220 William F. McClellan Hwy East Boston, MA 02128 has applied for a one day extension of hours on November 22, 2023. The Applicant is requesting to open at 8:00am. as opposed to their 10:00a.m. opening time. The Applicant will close at their normal time 9:00p.m.
