ATTENDANCE
On March 28, 2025, Governor Healy approved an extension to remote and hybrid meeting options for public bodies established under Former Governor Baker's Executive Order of March 12, 2020, Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law through June 30, 2027. The Public Facilities Commission (PFC) will continue to conduct its meetings virtually and to ensure its public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.

For public participation requests, please email PFC@boston.gov. Any and all requests for public participation must be received no later than the commencement of this Public Facilities Commission meeting (10 a.m.).

Contract to Skanska USA Building Inc.: To provide owner project manager (OPM) services for the feasibility study and schematic design phase associated with the Pauline Agassiz Shaw School project located at 429 Norfolk Street, Dorchester.
Contract Price: $591,461
That the Director be, and hereby is, authorized to request from the Mayor, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, written authority to award a contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised request for services under M.G.L. c. 149, section 44½(c) with advertisements appearing in the Boston Globe, City Record, COMMBUYS on June 16, 2025 and Central Register on June 18, 2025, to Skanska USA Building Inc., a New York corporation with an office at 101 Seaport 101 Seaport Blvd., Ste. 200, Boston, MA 02210. Under the terms of this contract, Skanska USA Building Inc. will provide owner project manager (OPM) services for the feasibility study and schematic design phase associated with the Pauline Agassiz Shaw School project located at 429 Norfolk Street, Dorchester. The OPM services and fees are limited to the feasibility study and schematic design phase of the project at a cost not to exceed $591,461 for base services. The term of the contract will be through October 31, 2027 for the feasibility study and schematic design portion of the contract.
The Director is, also, authorized to execute such contract, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, upon receipt of said written authority from the Mayor.
