MINUTES 

1.      Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 18, 2025, Board Meeting.

LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

2.      Request authorization to amend the Lease with Droplette, Inc., for the continued use of 12 Channel Street #601 and #602 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park until October 31, 2028.

3.      Request authorization to amend the Lease with Boston Print Specialists d/b/a AlphaGraphics Boston for the continued use of 12 Channel Street, Suite #804 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park until October 31, 2035, with two 5-year extension term options.

4.      Request authorization to amend the Lease with GEMA GROUP, INC., d/b/a/ Pete’s Dockside, for the continued use of 12 Channel Street, Suite #104 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park until October 31, 2033, with one 5-year extension term option.

5.      Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Boston Police Department to establish respective responsibilities for the mutual sharing of video camera data on EDIC-owned properties.

TENTATIVE / FINAL DESIGNATION / CONVEYANCE

6.      Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation Status of The Cronin Group, LLC by 6 months through April 30, 2026, and continue lease negotiations with The Cronin Group, LLC, to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned 24 Drydock Avenue site in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS 

7.      Request authorization to execute a contract with Mackay Construction Services, Inc. for snow plowing, snow shoveling and removal, salting, and sanding services within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a period of 3 years, with two 1-year extension term options, and in an amount not to exceed $217,650 annually.

8.      Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for the construction of the Boston Harbor Fender Pile Repairs in EDIC-owned properties.

9.      Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a qualified Training Provider supporting the PowerCorps Boston Building Operations Program, which trains participants in industry-recognized HVACR certifications and credentials.
