1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the November 13, 2025, Board Meeting.
LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT
2. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with BBX, Inc. for the temporary use of a portion of Parcel M in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, to store trailers and containers on EDIC-owned property.
TENTATIVE/FINAL DESIGNATION/CONVEYANCE
3. Request authorization to extend Tentative Designation status to and enter into lease negotiations with a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and QuakerLane Capital, or a related entity of such joint venture, for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned Parcel U site, located at 7 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for 6 months until June 30, 2026.
4. Request authorization to award Tentative Designation status to Marcus Partners, and to enter into lease negotiations for the long-term lease and redevelopment of Parcel M, located at 3 Dolphin Way within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for construction work for the realignment of Fid Kennedy Avenue through Parcel V1, adjacent to the intersection of Northern Avenue at the Leader Bank Pavilion within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
6. Request authorization to execute a contract with Sanibel Electrical Corporation for electrical repair and maintenance of EDIC-owned properties, for a contract term of 3 years, with 2 one-year extension term options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $100,000 annually.
7. Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for Landscaping Services on EDIC-owned properties in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
8. Request authorization to enter into a contract with the Peterson School to deliver HVAC training for the PowerCorps Boston Building Operations Training Program for a period of 6 months, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2026, for a total contract amount not to exceed $84,240.
9. Request authorization to enter into a grant agreement with Caribbean Integrated Community Development, acting through the Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, awarding $200,000 previously accepted ARPA funds in support of small business lending initiatives in the City of Boston; and to take all related actions.
