ATTENDANCE
On March 28, 2025, Governor Healy approved an extension to remote and hybrid meeting options for public bodies established under Former Governor Baker's Executive Order of March 12, 2020, Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law through June 30, 2027. The Public Facilities Commission (PFC) will continue to conduct its meetings virtually and to ensure its public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.

For public participation requests, please email PFC@boston.gov. Any and all requests for public participation must be received no later than the commencement of this Public Facilities Commission meeting (10 a.m.).
These practices in effect since May 11, 2020, will remain in effect until further notice. Updates to these practices will be posted as appropriate.

Amendment to the vote of October 29, 2025: Regarding a contract with P-Three, Inc. to provide owner project manager (OPM) services through schematic design associated with the 2024 Massachusetts School Building Authority’s (MSBA) Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) project at two (2) Boston Public Schools located in Allston and West Roxbury.Increase of $376,500That the vote of this Commission at its meetings of October 29, 2025 and March 26, 2025, regarding a contract with P-Three, Inc. to provide owner project manager (OPM) services through schematic design associated with the 2024 Massachusetts School Building Authority’s (MSBA) Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) project at two (2) Boston Public Schools located at:Gardner Pilot Academy, 30 Athol Street, AllstonLyndon K-8 , 20 Mount Vernon Street, West Roxburybe, and hereby is, amended as follows:By deleting the following words and figures: “January 31, 2028 at a contract cost not to exceed $81,000, including $36,000 for additional basic fee services;” and substituting in place thereof the following words and figures: “at a contract cost not to exceed $457,500, including $376,500 for additional basic fee services;” andAlso, by deleting the following words: “to provide schematic design” and substituting in place thereof the following words: “continuation of OPM services through closeout.”The Director is, also, authorized to execute such contract amendment, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, upon receipt of said written authority from the Mayor.
