    3.    Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to Ford Pro for 87 EV charging stations, 22 charging pedestals, onboarding services and a 3-year license for Charge Management software. These products and services will be purchased under a Sourcewell contract.

    4.    Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to Maverick Construction for the purchase of 87 retractors and installation of 87 EV charging stations and retractors pursuant to M.G.L.c. 30B § 23, as amended. 



    5.    Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to Aclara a Hubbell subsidiary 3 years of AclaraONE (Hosted SAS), DCU (63) Maintenance, Aclara Wireless Network and Mobile Programmer (License/Support) in support of BWSC’s Automatic Meter Reading System (AMR) program and to Waive the Advertisement requirement and purchase these services under a sole source procurement.



    6.    Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to purchase DR/Colocation service at a TierPoint facility from Whalley Computer Associates, Inc. These services and products will be purchased under MA State Contract ITC73.

    7.    Commission Authorization to Utilize Constellation New Energy, Inc. for the purchase of generated electricity for a twenty-five (25) month period starting April of 2026 with an estimated cost for April 2026 - May 2028.
