1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the March 19, 2026, Board Meeting.
LICENSE AGREEMENT / LEASE / MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
2. Request authorization to amend the Lease with Topologic, Inc. for Suite #805 located at 12 Channel Street, to include Suite #703 in the Leased Premises until July 31, 2027, with one 5-year term renewal option.
TENTATIVE / FINAL DESIGNATION / CONVEYANCE
3. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of the Cronin Group, LLC. for the long-term lease and redevelopment of 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park and continue lease negotiations for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the site, for a period of 6 months until October 31, 2026.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS / INVITATION FOR BIDS / CONTRACTS / GRANTS
4. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Casablanca Services Inc., for Landscaping Services at the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for a period of 3 years, commencing in the 2026 season, with 2 one-year term renewal options, and for a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000.
5. Request authorization to enter into 3 separate service contracts for Real Estate Strategy Consulting Services with AECOM, Karp Strategies, and Colliers on an as-needed basis and in an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 per year for a period of 1 year, with 2 one-year term renewal options.

Request authorization to transfer funds in the amount of up to $46,085,994 of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston’s Operating Budget expenses to the City of Boston, to fund the Planning Department budget for Fiscal Year 2027 as well as costs associated with certain other staff and services transferred to the City.
