    1.      Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the May 14, 2026, Board Meeting.

    LICENSE AGREEMENT / LEASE / MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    2.      Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Property Management Department, to formalize the assignment of Municipal Protective Services personnel on EDIC-managed properties, including the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park and 43 Hawkins Street, for a period of 1 year, commencing July 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2027, with 3 one-year term renewal options and at a cost not to exceed $950,000 for FY27.

    3.      Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Department of Public Works, authorizing the use of and payment for fuel and services provided by the Fleet Maintenance Unit, for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and at a cost not to exceed $250,000.

    TENTATIVE/FINAL DESIGNATION/CONVEYANCE

    4.      Request authorization to extend Tentative Designation status to and continue lease negotiations with a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and QuakerLane Capital, or a related entity of such joint venture, for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned Parcel U site, located at 7 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for 6 months until December 31, 2026.

    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS / INVITATION FOR BIDS / CONTRACTS / GRANTS 

    5.      Request authorization to execute a contract with Mackay Construction Services Inc. for the construction of the Fid Kennedy Avenue Realignment within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in the amount of $3,758,680 and a 20% contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,520,416.

    6.      Request authorization to execute a contract with North-Eastern Tree Service, Inc. for arborist services at EDIC-owned properties citywide, for a period of 3 years, with 2 one-year term renewal options and a total contract amount not to exceed $296,900.

    7.      Request authorization to execute a contract with Building Pathways to prepare students with career readiness, occupational skills and wrap-around support in order to enter and be successful in a registered union apprenticeship in the building trades, for a period of 2 years, with a one-year term renewal option and a total contract amount of $388,000.

    ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

    8.      Request (1) approval of the Fiscal Year 2027 Operating Budget of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (the “EDIC”) in the expense amount of $55,803,603 and approval for Fiscal Year 2027 Capital expenditures amount of $7,025,000; (2) approval of the transfer of funds, forgiveness of interagency debt, and leasing property and assets between the Economic and Industrial Corporation of Boston and the Boston Redevelopment Authority, the Boston Local Development Corporation and the Boston Industrial Development Finance Authority; (3) approval to enter into any interagency sub-lease for space, sub-lease amendments or extensions; (4) authorization to take actions and execute documents and agreements relating to the transfer in and expenditure or transfer of funds out of the Capital Reserve Fund; and (5) approval to execute any and all notices, correspondence, documents or agreements to or with employees and others as the Director determines to be in the best interest of the EDIC.
