MINUTES

1.      Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the June 18, 2026, Board Meeting.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS / INVITATION FOR BIDS / CONTRACTS / GRANTS 

2.      Request authorization to issue a Request for Qualifications for a licensed design consultant to provide design services resulting in construction documents to replace the Fire Pump and Controller at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3.      Request authorization to execute a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc. for assessment and engineering of the 72" drain on Fid Kennedy Ave and service lines for Parcel W within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in the amount of $291,751, and a 15% contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $335,513.

4.      Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for the construction of the Streetscape Improvements project located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5.      Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to provide program training for PowerCorps Boston, which provides the skills, credentials and hands-on experience for participants to enter and be successful in careers in HVACR and other building operations.
