2. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation Status of a Joint Venture between Asian Community Development Corporation and The Community Builders, Inc. as the redeveloper of Parcel P-12C in the South Cove Urban Renewal Area, Project No, Mass R-92, located at 290 Tremont Street in Chinatown, for a period of 12 months until September 30, 2027.
3. Request authorization to convey Parcel Number 0202822010, located at the corner of Mt. Vernon Street and Lowney Way in the Charlestown neighborhood, a/k/a Charlestown Peace Park, to the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department.

4. Request authorization to issue a Certificate of Completion for the successful completion of the 1003-1013 Harrison Avenue project in accordance with Section C.4 of the Cooperation Agreement by and between the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a/Boston Planning & Development Agency and the Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology, dated November 29, 2023.

Informational update on one-year progress of “A Place to Thrive: An Anti-Displacement Action Plan for Boston”, outlining targeted policies, programs, and resources City departments committed to advance on a two-year implementation timeline, to mitigate residential, small business and cultural displacement.

8. Request authorization to execute an amended and restated Cooperation Agreement for the Allston Green project located at 20 Linden Street in Allston, to adjust the payment schedule for mitigation and public benefits funds from the project.

9. Request authorization to (1) issue a Certification of Approval pursuant to Article 80E, Small Project Review of the Zoning Code, for the proposed construction of 42 residential rental units, including 7 IZ units, 24 car parking spaces, and 44 bicycle spaces, located at 697 Cambridge Street; and (2) execute a Community Benefits Agreement; and to take all related actions.
10. Request authorization to enter into an Affordable Rental Housing Agreement and Restriction and Affordable Housing Contribution Agreement, by and between the BPDA and Berkeley 176 Lincoln Holdings LLC, c/o Berkeley Investments, Inc., if necessary, or require the same be executed by and between the Proponent and Mayor’s Office of Housing, in connection with the proposed development located at 176 Lincoln Street; and to take all related actions.

Request authorization to (1) waive further review of the Tufts Medical Center Institutional Master Plan Notification Form dated August 10, 2026, for the Renewal and Extension of its 2012 Institutional Master Plan for a period of 5 years until 2031; and (2) approve the renewal and extension of the Tufts Medical Center Institutional Master Plan, pursuant to Section 80D-5.2(e), Section 80D-6, and Section 80D-8 of the Zoning Code; and to take all related actions.
