The Boston City Council’s Committee on Community Preservation Act will hold a hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 10:30 am in the Iannella Chamber, 5th Floor, Boston City Hall.
The subject of the hearing is:
Docket #1601, Order for a hearing to explore raising the percentage of Community Preservation Act funds dedicated to affordable housing.
This matter was sponsored by Councilors Brian Worrell and Miniard Culpepper and was referred to the Committee on August 26, 2026.
