    Bocao Latin Flavor Restaurant. 624 Blue Hill Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02121. Juan Manueil Martinez as manager of record. First floor; kitchen in back, bathroom and storage in basement; 8 seats. Hours of operation 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

    Verts Mediterranean Grill. 545 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116. Brett Fisher as manager of record. First floor kitchen and prep in rear and side 55 seats in the front. Outdoor patio (year round weather permitting) on private property for 18 seats; same hours as the restaurant. Hours of operation 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
