    Contract Price: $112,082

    That the Director be, and hereby is, authorized to request from the Mayor, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, written authority to award a contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised request for qualifications under M.G.L. c.7C, sections 44-57 with advertisements appearing in the Boston Globe and City Record on September 12, 2016 and the Central Register on September 14, 2016, to CGKV Architects, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation with an office at 204A Hampshire Street, Cambridge, MA 02139. Under the terms of this contract, CGKV Architects, Inc. will provide architectural design and construction administration services for the Roof and Siding Replacement at Area E-5 Police Station located at 1708 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA. The term of this contract shall be 64 weeks from the date of execution at a cost not to exceed $112,082, including $35,000 for additional services, which is a fixed fee of 10% based on an estimated construction cost of $770,824. The Director is, also, authorized to execute such contract, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, upon receipt of said written authority from the Mayor.

  2. VOTE 2: Wayne MacKenzie, Project Manager

    Contract to Russo Barr Associates, Inc.: To provide architectural design and construction administration services for the Envelope Repairs at four (4) Police Stations, Area A-1, Downtown Boston; B-3, Mattapan; D-4, South End; D-14, Brighton.

    Contract Price: $280,244

    That the Director be, and hereby is, authorized to request from the Mayor, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, written authority to award a contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised request for qualifications under M.G.L. c.7C, sections 44-57 with advertisements appearing in the Boston Globe and City Record on September 12, 2016 and the Central Register on September 14, 2016, to Russo Barr Associates, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation with an office at 55 Sixth Road, Suite 200, Woburn, MA 01801. Under the terms of this contract, Russo Barr Associates, Inc. will provide architectural design and construction administration services for the Envelope Repairs at four (4) Police Stations located at:

    Area A-1, 40 Sudbury Street, Downtown Boston

    B-3, 1163 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan

    D-4 650 Harrison Avenue, South End

    D-14 301 Washington Street, Brighton

    The term of this contract shall be 104 weeks from the date of execution at a cost not to exceed $280,244, including $82,000 for additional services, which is a fixed fee of 9.7% based on an estimated construction cost of $2,043,754. The Director is, also, authorized to execute such contract, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, upon receipt of said written authority from the Mayor.
