    Message and order authorizing a limit for the Inspectional Services Department revolving fund for the Fiscal Year 2018 to reimburse for administrative costs to those City agencies which enforce CBC Chapter 16, section 1.9 and 1.9B and for costs associated with licensing and registration. This revolving fund shall be credited with receipts from all dog registrations fees collected pursuant to CBC Chapter 18, section 1.4 (6-10) and fines pursuant to CBC Chapter 16, sections 1.9 and 1.9B. Receipts and resulting expenditures from this fund shall not exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00).

    This matter was sponsored by the Mayor, and referred to the Committee on April 12, 2017.
