    2.    Request authorization to award Final Designation to Harbinger Development, LLC for the construction of a 405 room hotel located on Parcel A located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

     

  3. ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

    3    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with RREF II Drydock, LLC for the use of 28 parking spaces on Lot P located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    4    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the Boston Police Department for the continued use of 5,000 square feet of land area, 200 linear feet of Berth #10 and 15,000 square feet of water sheet located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    5.  Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Deacon Trolley d/b/a Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston for use of land near the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal to operate a Trolley Stop Program during the cruise ship season located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    6.    Request authorization to allow Commercial Lobster Co., Inc. to enter into a Sublease Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to allow Verizon Wireless use of a portion of rooftop space for a five year term located at 300 Northern Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park; and for EDIC to collect revenue from Commercial Lobster Co’s Agreement with Verizon Wireless.

    7.    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the Crown Castle allowing access to utility poles to install, operate and maintain small cells for the expansion of wireless network capacity and reduce congestion for network users in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    8.    Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement to facilitate the transition of WriteBoston, Inc., located at 2300 Washington Street in Roxbury, from EDIC to a fully independent 501(c)(3).
