    3    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with RREF II Drydock, LLC for the use of 28 parking spaces on Lot P located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    4    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the Boston Police Department for the continued use of 5,000 square feet of land area, 200 linear feet of Berth #10 and 15,000 square feet of water sheet located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    8.    Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement to facilitate the transition of WriteBoston, Inc., located at 2300 Washington Street in Roxbury, from EDIC to a fully independent 501(c)(3).
