    You will be called to testify in the order you signed in.
    To give as many organizations and individuals as possible an opportunity to speak, testimony will be limited to a few minutes and organizations are asked to select one representative to testify.   If there is additional time after each organization has testified once,
    testimony from additional individuals will be accepted.
