City Council meeting

    0314    Message and order to reduce the FY18 appropriation for reserve for Collective Bargaining by One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars ($1,769,878.00) to provide funding for various departments for the FY18 increases within the collective bargaining agreements between the City of Boston and  SEIU Local 888.

    0315    Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars ($1,769,878.00) for various departments for FY18 to cover cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the City of Boston and the SEIU, Local 888. The terms of the contracts are October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020. The major provision of the contracts include base wage increases of 2%, effective the first pay period of January of each fiscal year.  The agreements also include other benefits including new steps beginning in July 2018.
