The terms of the contract are October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020. The major provisions of the contract include base wage increases of 2% effective the first period of January of each fiscal year. The agreement also contains other benefits including a new step beginning in 2019.
