    0666 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($850,000.00) in the form of a grant, for upgrading, expanding, and integrating technology and protocols related to anti-terrorism, anti-crime, anti-gang and emergency response, awarded by the Mass Executive Office of Public Safety to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund the Boston Intelligence Center FY18 Allocation.
     
    0667 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Hundred Thirty  Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars ($130,253.00) in the form a grant for the Retire Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) awarded by the Corporation for National and Community Services to be administered by the Elderly Commission. The grant will fund 356 RSVP volunteers who will provide social support to homebound or older adults and individuals with disabilities.
     
    0668 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($99,314.00) in the form of a grant for the Address Verification Program (AVP) activities mandated by the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board, awarded by the United States Department of Justice passed through the MA Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund the FY17 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Reallocation.

The grant will fund a comprehensive, inter-agency strategy that connects law enforcement, employment, education, public health and youth development agencies to reduce violence in the Commonwealth.
     
    0141 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00) in the form a grant for the FFY17 Violence Against Women Act STOP grant, awarded by the United States Department of Justice, passed through the MA Executive Office of Public Safety and Security to be administered by the Police Department. The grant would fund one full-time BPD Civilian Domestic Violence Advocate position and a portion of another.
     
    0233 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept  the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) in the form of a grant for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Program, awarded by the United States Department of Justice to be administered by the Police Department.     0284 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Million Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Forty-One Cents ($1,075,915.41) in the form of a grant for the Charles R.
