    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant in the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, the division of Conservation Services Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations for Communities (PARC) Program grant. The Parks and Recreation Department will administer the funds to be used to provide Capital improvements to Noyes Playground located in the East Boston neighborhood. 

    This matter was sponsored by Mayor Martin J. Walsh and referred to the Committee on January 24, 2018.
