Message and order approving an appropriation of Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00) to the Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Liability Trust Fund established under Section 20 of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32B, Section 20, as added by Chapter 479 of the Acts of 2008.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to appropriate the amount of Fifty-Three Million Eight Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($53,802,817.00) from the City's Capital Grant Fund in order to provide funding for various transportation and public realm improvements. These projects are aligned with the goals of GoBoston 2030, the City's transportation master plan. The funds shall be credited to the Capital Grant fund from the Parking Meter Fund.

Message and order approving an appropriation of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,600,000.00) from the Surplus Disposition Fund, credited to the Capital Fund for the development of master plans, architectural and engineering plans and designs, and for the implementation of such plans and designs for Boston Common, Franklin Park and the completion of the Emerald Necklace.
