    0718 Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation order for the Boston Public Health Commission for FY19 in the amount of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Six Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars ($1,933,679.00) to cover the FY19 cost contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the Boston Public Health Commission and the Boston EMS Division of the Boston Police Patrolmen's Association. The terms of the contracts are July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018, and July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2021. The major provisions of the contacts include base wage increases of 2% effective the first pay period of July of each fiscal year. The agreements also contain other benefits including increases to hazardous duty and awards.
