    1185 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept a donation of a sculpture from Boston Properties Prucenter Acquisition LLC. The sculpture is appraised at Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($360,000.00). The Sculpture is described as follows: "Quest Eternal" by Donald DeLue, the sculpture is approximately 27 feet in height and is made of Bronze.

    1264 Message and order approving a Home Rule Petition to the General Court entitled “An Act to Authorize the Boston Redevelopment Authority to Grant Easements for Utility Purposes Over a Portion of a Certain Parcel of Land Located in the City of Boston”.
