    1663    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($970,000.00) in the form of a grant awarded by Skanska USA Commercial Development, Inc. pursuant to the 1350 Boylston Street, Fenway, Boston Project Cooperation Agreement. The purpose of the grant is to fund the redesign and construction of Boylston Street as described in the 1350 Boylston Street, Fenway, Boston Project’s Transportation Mitigation Commitments.

    1664    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two Dollars ($413,472.00) in the form of a grant for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, awarded by the United States Department of Justice to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund 3 Domestic Violence Advocates assigned to police districts, a Management Analyst at the Family Justice Center, and a Technology Coordinator for multiple data collection, reporting and records management system.

    1665    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Four Hundred Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Five Dollars ($402,785.00) in the form of a grant, for the FY19 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, awarded by the United States Department of Justice to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund a Domestic Violence Management Analyst at the Family Justice Center, A Hub n COR Coordinator, overtime for specialist Units, and a Technology Coordinator for multiple data collection, reporting, and records management systems.

    1666    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Two Dollars ($259,252.00) in the form of a grant for the Clean Vehicle Project, awarded by the MA Department of Energy Resources to be administered by the Central Fleet Management. The grant will fund the purchase of Liquefied Petroleum Gas fuel conversion kits for City of Boston pick-up trucks in order to reduce CO2 emissions.

  4. MATTERS RECENTLY HEARD-FOR POSSIBLE ACTION:

    624    Order that pursuant to Chapter 40, section 56, the residential factor in the City of Boston for FY2020 shall be the minimum residential factor as determined by the Commissioner of Revenue pursuant to M. G. L. Chapter 58, section 1A and be it further that pursuant to Chapter 59, section 5C, as amended, a residential exemption in the amount of value equal to thirty five percent (35%) of the average assessed value of all Class One-Residential parcels in the City of Boston be, and hereby is approved for Fiscal Year 2020.

    1337    Ordinance Establishing the Office of Inspector General within the City of Boston.

    0184    An Ordinance Reauthorizing Condominium Conversion Protections in the City of Boston.
