Discussion Topics

  1. Application Review

Application for a Modified South Boston Parking Freeze Permit from DLA Piper on behalf of Ten Fan Pier Boulevard LLC for 248 parking spaces to accommodate the construction of a new mixed-use office building. This modification is for the conversion of site-wide surface spaces to an underground garage with all of the spaces being used by commercial tenants, patrons and employees of the project. Modification of the permit would have no effect on the South Boston parking freeze bank.

Application for a Modified South Boston Parking Freeze Permit from Cottonwood Management on behalf of Boston Seaport M1&M2 Land, LLC for 926 parking spaces to accommodate the construction of 3 new mixed-use residential buildings. This modification is for the conversion of a surface lot to two underground garages with 600 residential excluded and 326 parking spaces to be shared between residents, guests, tenants, employees, patrons, customers, clients, or patients of the project. Modification of the permit would return 253 inventoried spaces to the South Boston parking freeze bank.
