3. Request authorization to enter into a construction contract with Newport Construction Corp. for roadway improvement services at Black Falcon and Terminal Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in the amount of $1,584,535.20.

4. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Cooling & Heating Specialists, Inc. for boiler maintenance services for 12 Channel Street and 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $64,515.20.
