1.  Request authorization to enter into a Settlement Agreement with Stavis Seafoods, Inc.; and, to take all related actions.

1.         Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the April 11, 2019 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to extend the Lease with Cincinnati, Inc., for use of approximately 5,386 square feet on the sixth floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite 601 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to amend and extend the current five-year License Agreement with the Boston Transportation Department for use of 10,000 square feet on the first floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite 105 and associated parking within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to amend and extend the Memorandum of Understanding with nuTonomy, Inc. for the testing of autonomous vehicles on streets and ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

5.         Request authorization to execute a Second Amendment to extend the Memorandum of Understanding with Optimus Ride, Inc. for the testing of autonomous vehicles on streets and ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.  

6. Request authorization to re-advertise and re-issue a Request for Proposals for the Redevelopment of Parcel M located at 3 Dolphin Way within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with RREF II DRYDOCK LLC for use of 28 parking spaces in Lot P, adjacent to Black Falcon Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
