Community outreach meeting for proposed marijuana establishment

The proposed Marijuana Retailer is anticipated to be located at 50 Clapp Street, Boston MA, 02125. Community members will be permitted, and are encouraged, to ask questions and receive answers from representatives of NS AJO Holdings, Inc.

A copy of this notice is on file with the City Clerk’s office, the Boston Planning and Development Agency, the Mayor’s office, the Office of Emerging Industries, and the City Law Department, and a notice of the public hearing was published in a newspaper of general circulation and mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the community outreach meeting to abutters of the proposed address of the proposed Marijuana Establishment, owners of land directly opposite on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the property line of the petitioner as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town.
