At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on July 11, 2019.

On a joint petition by Eversource Energy and Verizon New England Inc. to Install One New Utility Pole within Brookside Avenue (public way), West Roxbury, to be located on its northwesterly side at address nos. 113-115, generally between Green Street and Ophir Street.

On a joint petition by Eversource Energy and Verizon New England Inc. to Install One New Utility Pole within Curlew Street (public way), West Roxbury, to be located on its southeasterly side southwest of Maplewood Street.

On a petition by MCAF Winthrop LLC for the granting of an Earth Retention License for the installation of a temporary earth support system within the following public ways in Boston Proper:

Federal Street – on its westerly side at address no. 115, generally north of Federal Court/Matthews Street.
Devonshire Street – on its easterly side at address no. 240, generally at Winthrop Square/Otis Street.
