At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on July 25, 2019.

Utility Pole Hearing

On a joint petition by Eversource Energy and Verizon New England Inc. to Install One New Utility Pole within Amory Street (public way), Roxbury, to be located on its northwesterly side at address no. 125, generally between Atherton Street and West Walnut Park.

Public Hearing

On a petition by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for a Grant of Location to install new electrical infrastructure within the following public ways in Boston Proper, Brighton, Roxbury, and South Boston:

Arlington Street – generally between Boylston Street and St. James Avenue/Park Plaza.
Commonwealth Avenue – east of Lake Street, as well as generally between Washington Street and Claymoss Road.
Roxbury Street – between Malcolm X Boulevard and Washington Street.
West Fourth Street – west of Dorchester Avenue.
