Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant from Verizon Wireless for an amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00). The purpose of this grant is to fund Digital Equity Programs and to support a Smart City Fellow position.
