6 Chelsea Terrace - Potential Urban Ag
This small parcel, with a size of approximately 4,453 square feet, is nearly landlocked and surrounded by homes. It has been licensed for the purpose of urban ag over the last two years, and DND issued an RFP in August to seek proposals to preserve urban agriculture and open space use of the site and permanently protect the parcel from development. Eastie Farm, Inc., submitted the only proposal, and in January, the Public Facilities Commission voted to designate Eastie Farm as the tentative developer of the site.
