Proposing to change occupancy from a one-family to a two-family. This includes an addition to the right rear side, second floor balcony of the left side, front dormer of the building, and spiral stairs on the back and fourth floor of the roof deck. Unit 1 will consist of the first floor and basement with an extension of living space into the basement, to be exclusive use of Unit 1. There will also be three new window wells on the left side and one window on the front of the building. Unit 2 will consist of the second floor, third floor and roof deck. Expanding third floor living area to also be included in Unit 2.
