SPRAGUE ST, HYDE PARK

The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal real property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.  REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program. 

This Property is being offered “As Is” without warrant of any kind, express or implied. 

The Property:

Sprague St, Hyde Park (Ward 18 Parcel 13018000) approximately 26,520 total square feet. 

The RFP package will be available December 15, 2025 and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.  

Questions regarding the RFP are due no later than January 05, 2026, and shall be submitted as specified in the RFP.

Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by January 20, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM.
