Fire Alarm Services at Boston Fire Locations

The City of Boston (the City)/the County of Suffolk (the County), acting by its Fire Commissioner (the Official), invites

sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bid.

Bid package may be obtained by visiting the City of Boston’s Procurement website at

https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement and click on Supplier Portal to download the bid documents from Event Number EV00012868

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes but is not limited to the following: Provide annual inspections for the preventive maintenance and as needed repairs of fire alarm and life safety equipment at various Boston Fire Department locations, inclusive of all the required equipment and materials in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149 from Immediate through June 30, 2026.

Bid Documents will be available commencing on Monday August 14t h , 2023 beginning at 9:00AM. Proposals must be

received no later than 12:00 P.M. August 29 th 2023.
