New England Sourced Plant Protein for BPS Food & Nutrition Services

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: New England Sourced Plant Protein for Boston Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services

Description: New England Sourced Frozen plant protein patties and balls for use in Boston Public Schools Food & Nutrition Department Child Nutrition Program. 

Bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, May 22, 2024 and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about May 7^th, 2024 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. The term of the contract shall be for 3 years beginning July 1^st, 2024 and ending June 30^th, 2027. 

The successful bidder will be required to provide by insurance for the payment of compensation and the furnishing of other benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law, General Laws (Ter.Ed.), chapter 152, to all persons to be employed under the contract, and sufficient proof of compliance with the foregoing stipulation will be required before commencing performance of this contract.
