This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program. 

This Property is being offered “As Is” without warrant of any kind, express or implied.

 The Property: 94 Willwood St. Dorchester (Ward 14 Parcel 03585000) approximately 4,686 total square feet. 

Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, March 30, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, February 23, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.  

Questions regarding the RFP are due no later than Monday, March 16, 2026, and shall be submitted as specified in the RFP.
