Cruz Development Corporation combined formerly city-owned Warren Street parcels with the abutting property on Clifford Street to construct a new mixed-use building with 55 residential rental units, including 46 units designated as affordable. The Cruz Companies will move into the commercial space. There will be on site parking.
The Warren Street parcels were sold on December 31, 2019. The project is currently under construction.
We’re meeting with community members to gather feedback on plans for the site.
We’ll release a Request for Proposals and select a developer for this site.
This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
