Project Goals

The 4 Adams Street Request for Proposals sought to identify a developer to construct or rehabilitate residential unit(s) on one parcel in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. No responses were received by the due date of 6/6/2022.

This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.

The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
