Project Goals

Blue Hill Avenue Action Plan Goals: The goal for the Blue Hill Avenue Action Plan is to spark economic development, business growth opportunities, and foster the entrepreneurial spirit in the community. We plan to achieve this goal through the disposition and development of 7 city-owned vacant parcels totaling approximately 20,631 square feet across the corridor. Possible uses for these parcels include residential, commercial, retail, office space, community uses, and open space. This effort includes working with members of the community, local organizations, and elected officials. In addition to partnering with the Office of Economic Development, BPDA, and Blue Hill Avenue Transportation Action Plan.
