The proposal for 2 mixed-use buildings located near the Grove Hall section of the Blue Hill Avenue corridor will create 15 income-restricted condominiums available to households at or below 100% AMI and a total of 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail/coworking space across two sites.
We’re meeting with community members to gather feedback on plans for the site.
We’ll release a Request for Proposals and select a developer for this site.
