Project Goals

This potential development involves 12 parcels of vacant, City-owned land located in the Hollander St. and Holworthy St. area of Dorchester. The parcels are targeted for development for new homeownership housing as part of the City's Neighborhood Homes Initiative (NHI). Under NHI, DND works with abutters and community partners to define model home designs and development criteria for new mixed income housing to be included in housing Request for Proposals (RFP). test
