Project Goals

The development package involves 9 parcels of vacant, City-owned land located across scattered sites in the neighborhood of Boston. The parcels are suitable for development for new homeownership housing as part of the City's Neighborhood Homes Initiative (NHI). Under NHI, DND worked with abutters and community partners to define model home designs and development criteria for new mixed-income housing that was included in the housing Request for Proposals (RFP).
