Age Strong Virtual Class: Chair Yoga
Staying active and engaged in your community is an important part of aging strong in the City. We host virtual programs and classes each week to keep older adults active and healthy. Join us for our virtual programs and classes with one of our certified instructors.
In this gentle yoga class, participants practice poses seated in a chair or standing with the assistance of a chair. Great for active older adults and for those who are unable to get up and down from the floor. The class is every Monday at 9 a.m.
